We were kinda surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Hotel Des Celestins. When we were unsure about taxi costs to the airport, they provided us with useful information and even organized a taxi for us. Their assistance made our departure stress-free. we would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and convenient location.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with maps and helpful information about the main sights of the city. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the city center and close to the Bellecour subway station. The room was dark and had good air conditioning, making it comfortable for a relaxing stay.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of elegant shopping and close to a metro stop. It was situated between the rivers of this city, offering beautiful views. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed at a hotel in a prime location, right in front of the theater. It was so convenient being close to everything in downtown and between the two rivers. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and there were power points everywhere. The breakfast was great, with constantly replenished options. The staff even provided special treatment for our needs, arranging early breakfast and a taxi to the airport seamlessly.
The hallway entry to the hotel elevator could use some updating.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions and shops in the surrounding area. The staff are extremely helpful and provide great service, offering useful information about the city and making sure guests have everything they need. The rooms, although on the smaller side, are well-appointed with modern furnishings and all necessary amenities.
All aspects of our stay were fantastic, nothing to improve.
